We’re delighted to be supporting Lewis-Manning Hospice Care with packaging materials for their Christmas gift wrapping service.
The Lewis-Manning team are raising funds by offering a gift wrapping service at the Bournemouth Craft Christmas Market in Bobby’s store (previously the Debenhams store), from 19th November until 24th December 2021.
Established 29 years ago, Lewis-Manning Hospice Care provides extraordinary care to patients and their families facing a life-limiting illness across Poole, Purbeck and East Dorset. Each year they support nearly 500 local people, providing help through day hospices; creative arts and wellbeing support; lymphoedema clinics; better breathing clinics; and bereavement and family support.
To help with the gift wrapping service Wessex Packaging has donated a supply of eco-friendly packaging including cardboard boxes, rolls of Eco100®, paper tape; and our rolls of recycled packing paper, TheBoxer®. All of which have helped the Lewis-Manning team to package and wrap visitors’ gifts neatly and in an environmentally friendly way.
Steve Chipchase, Wessex Packaging’s Business Development Manager for Dorset and Hampshire, visited the stand at the Craft Christmas Market this week, and helped Amelia Hobley from Lewis-Manning Hospice Care to wrap some gifts for supporters of the charity.
Steve said “As long established and family run companies, Wessex and Bayquest Packaging have their foundations in the South West and are key partners with many businesses throughout the region. That’s why we’re delighted to support Lewis-Manning, as a local South Coast charity, and to help in a small way with the wonderful work they do. We wish them every success in their fundraising at the Craft Market.”
