Top AA+ BRCGS Award for Wessex Packaging

Wessex Packaging has been awarded an AA+ rating in a recent unannounced BRCGS Audit.

This AA+ grade in the Storage and Distribution Standard is the highest level that can be awarded and recognises that Wessex Packaging is continuing to operate in the top tier of companies within the supply chain.

The BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) is a globally renowned organisation that sets measurable benchmarks to build confidence in the supply chain. These standards are used by over 30,000 certified suppliers in over 130 countries, with the Storage and Distribution Standard specifically designed for logistics operations dealing with food, packaging, and consumer products.

This high-level rating was awarded following an unannounced, in-depth audit to Wessex’s 70,000 sq ft distribution centre and HQ in Yeovil, Somerset. This a huge achievement for the business and demonstrates Wessex’s commitment to working to the highest standards and providing our customers with the reassurance that the products we supply are part of a carefully moderated end-to-end process.

This latest BRCGS Award complements Wessex’s ISO14001, ISO9001 and EcoVadis accreditations.
