Invented and engineered in Germany, the Karocycler takes waste cardboard and paper, and turns it into an effective packaging material.
What does the Karocycler do:
You save costs and effort in terms of disposal, transport routes and delivery times and can produce independently and flexibly in line with your requirements.
The Karocycler machine shreds waste cardboard and produces filling and padding to create filled paper cushions that can be used as void fill.
The machine will shred paper, files and cardboard, using 20-70 knives and a drive power of 22-55kW.
The shredded material is then automatically inserted into air-filled Kraft paper and sealed as 18cm paper cushions. (The size can be adjusted from 20 to 50cm dependant on your requirements.)
These pillows can then be used as protective packaging to fill voids in boxes and avoid movement of products in transit.
These recycled card and paper pillows are Karopacks.
