Automatic in-line pallet wrapping machines from Innova Group, engineered to optimise end-of-line packaging operations with speed, precision and reliability, and here at Wessex Packaging we are pleased to be the UK’s official distributor.
Designed to increase throughput while maintaining load security, by using the latest stretch film technology ensuring protection and stability for transport and storage. Its flexibility allows the wrapping systems to wrap a wide range of pallet sizes, shapes and load types. With optional accessories available to enhance safety, load stability and overall performance even further.
Greater efficiency and accuracy is achieved with these wrapping systems, as they apply the exact amount of film required for each load. It’s high pre-stretch capabilities of up to 300%-400% further helps efficiency and lowers film consumption without compromising strength.
Programmable wrap cycles available on some of these machines allow operators to have full control over reinforcement at key points, including top, bottom, or film rope applications, that strength the pallet further.
All of the pallet wrapping systems from Innova Group are designed for seamless integration into existing or new conveyor lines, for fully automated packaging.

This entry-level pallet wrapper has the same features as our semi-automatic PowerWrapper range but it is fully automatic and can be integrated into production lines.
The rotating turntable has a conveyor platform that allows the pallet to rotate 90° in a conveyor line. Optional accessories can be added to such as cover applicator and top press.
PowerWrapper3000 is a great option for low to medium operations that wrap up to 15 pallet per hour.

Arm Wrapper PW5000 has a lighter and compact structure that can efficiently wrap any load size.
The Arm Wrapper machines are part of our PowerWrapper™ range, and this model is the most sustainable option, as it has a lighter structure reducing the carbon footprint and saving factory floor space.
It incorporates energy-efficient motors and components making it fast and sustainable.
In addition to this, it reduces plastic film consumption as the pre-stretch film system allows up to 400% pre-stretch.
This wrapper is able to adapt to wrap any type and size of load, and is suited to low to medium production lines as it wraps up to 25 pallets per hour.

Arm Wrapper Pro is a higher-performance pallet wrapping machine to the Techlite for improved stability.
The Arm Wrapper Pro is similar to the previous model, but its robust 4-pillar structure offers greater stability during wrapping which improves the safety in the production line.
This model is a high speed wrapper, with advanced film control and integration capability, making it ideal for medium to high production lines. It’s dual film carriage option with 2 wrapping arms helps to increase speed and efficiency.
Programmable settings allow operators to control different layers to be strengthened with more tension or number of wraps to strengthen. This flexibility helps stabilise just either just the top or the base of the pallet, depending on the load type.
An integrated rope gripping reinforcement system can also be used to transforms the film into an elastic rope that improves its stability and security.
This core reinforcement process leaves the pallet looking clean and professional as it doesn’t leave any residue from adhesives that other machines do. The system also avoids the use of heat, eliminating thermal risk and making it ideal for heat-sensitive products.

High-speed pallet wrapper with 2 film carriages on a rotating ring for maximum output.
The rotating ring pallet wrapper machine offers maximum stabilisation with its robust frame and dual film carriage system.
It has improved strength and tension on the film to secure pallet loads for shipment and storage. Achieving high volumes of output with up and over 75 pallets wrapped per hour.
With improved pre-stretch and torque control systems it means it can use the least amount of plastic possible, making it a sustainable machine.
Additionally, it has the same reinforcement programs available as the arm wrapper pro. Helping to strengthen the pallet loads with more wraps or reinforcement rope, which provides security without damaging the product.
