PowerWrap’s high quality machine pallet wrap is available in 500mm wide rolls and up to 3,260m long. PowerWrap® Green contains 30% recycled material.
PowerWrap X-Secure has extra hold force to help secure very heavy loads. Available to buy in pallet quantities (50 rolls).

PowerWrap™ is available as a standard stretch grade for core break pallet wrapping machines, or in a range of power pre-stretch nano films for maximum yield and efficiency.
PowerWrap is made up of multiple layers of polymers – which are not commonly used in more conventional pallet wrap films, making it far stronger than conventional stretch films.
The engineered layers of polymer in PowerWrap pallet wrap is the same principle as in plywood and bullet proof glass – making it virtually unbeatable.

Ask the Wessex Packaging team for a pallet wrap audit or for pallet wrap advice. Call us on 01935 474217 to discuss what the best pallet wrap is for you. As pallet wrap and load stability experts, we’re happy to help.
What is pallet wrap?
Pallet wrap is the plastic film that is used to wrap around products on a pallet.
When is pallet wrap used?
Pallet wrap is used to ensure products on a pallet are stable and secure when the pallet is transported. Pallets and their contents are often wrapped in pallet film before being moved onto a lorry for delivery from one warehouse or factory to a customer or other business.
What pallet wrapping machine should I use PowerWrap™ High Performance Pallet Wrap Stretch Film on?
Having a good quality, well-maintained pallet wrapping machine is a key requirement for any busy warehouse dispatch operation.
As pallet wrap and load stability experts, we work with supply chain teams across the UK to help make their pallet wrapping , a high preforming process.
We offer a range of PowerWrapper™ semi-automatic pallet wrapping machines that are engineered to deliver an affordable and effective way to wrap pallets. Find out more about PowerWrapper pallet wrapping machines here, or call us at Wessex Packaging for pallet wrap and pallet wrapping machine advice on 01935 474217.
We can even offer a PowerWrapper pallet wrapping machine for zero capital expenditure with our £ZeroCap lease option. Find out about CapEx-free pallet wrapper machine leasing here.
What is stretch film?
Pallet wrap is often called stretch film and we have a range of different films that have a stretch percentage as part of our PowerWrap films. The percentage indicated shows the amount that the pallet wrap film stretches. This can mean that you use less plastic film, but still get a secure hold.
All machine pallet wrap films need to be compatible with the pallet wrapping machine they are being used on, so that machine can deliver the correct stretch capability of the pallet wrap film.
For advice on which pallet wrap stretch film is most suitable for your operations, please contact Wessex Packaging on 01935 474217.
Do you have a recycled pallet wrap film?
PowerWrap™ Green is a certified 30% recycled material pallet wrap film and is one of the latest more eco-friendly pallet wrap products.
Can I recycle pallet wrap?
Most pallet wrap stretch film is commonly made from LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene). The recycling identification code for LLDPE is the number “4” inserted in a triangle. Pallet wrap film falls into this category along with beverage bottles, food containers, and cake and sandwich trays etc. Please check with your commercial recycling partner or local authority to see how to recycle pallet wrap in your area.
What is the Wessex Packaging approach to pallet wrapping?
Pallet wrap film is a key component in the supply chain and logistics sector, and an often-overlooked commodity.
Operations and warehouse teams can be unaware of the real costs and efficiency of how they’re wrapping pallets, or how to make a pallet wrap process evaluation.
Our objective is to analyse existing pallet wrap processes and materials, to provide warehouse and management teams with an audit and recommendation that will inform changes to drive pallet wrap efficiency, effectiveness and improve sustainability.
