Our new range of PackHub™ packing benches are designed for an efficient packing process.

Our product development experts have collaborated with logistics and supply chain managers to create a packing bench that is exactly fit for purpose.

PackHub™ packing benches provide warehouse, distribution and fulfilment centre teams with a workstation that is robust, ergonomic and flexible. They provide operatives with a work environment that is engineered to meet their job roles, and is ideal for all packing, wrapping and postal operations.

There are two styles of PackHub™ bench: the PackHub™ (product code PH400Y), and PackHub™ (product code PH700Y), each easily assembled and offering a modular solution. The PackHub™ Plus has an additional storage unit that can be placed under the bench to keep boxes in easy reach, or can be moved out to the side of the bench if needed to ergonomically pack larger box sizes.

Each bench is made from industrial grade steel to give it the stability, and durability, that’s needed in a busy warehouse environment. Plus, the laminate worktop is 30mm thick, rather than the usual 18mm of conventional packing benches. This combination ensure that the whole packing bench structure is robust, sturdy and long-lasting.

In addition, having listened to feedback from warehouse teams currently using other packing benches, we’ve made PackHub™ with height adjustable worktops, increasing from 800mm to 1000mm.

A key factor in designing the PackHub™ was to make it as ergonomic, easy and efficient to use, for multiple products, across a variety of industries. With this in mind, our PackHub™ workstations have a shadow board that can hold tools, trays and part bins. Plus with a top shelf with dividers, boxes, bags and postal packaging can all be stored readily at hand for immediate use.

We’re pleased to introduce these great value PackHub™ packing benches to our packaging range, and delighted that initial orders and installations into national fulfilment centres are showing that they are soon to become one of our bestselling products.
