Thank you for visiting us here at Wessex Packaging. To ensure that we help you with your order, we ask all new customers to create an account. This can be done by going to the top of the page and click “Log in / Open an Account”.

Registering an account with us makes placing orders an easy and straightforward process. You will be able to just enter your email address and password when you visit us next time and all your contact and delivery details will already then be in place. In your account you will also be able to view any of you previous and current orders, and easily reorder your favourite products.

We ask all our new customers to register as part of placing their order.
It’s easy to register your details when placing your first order with us and makes ordering any packaging again from us very straightforward.

Next time you visit wessexpkg.co.uk, just enter your email address and password, then your details will appear, enabling you to view any current or previous orders. You will be able to reorder your favourite packaging products.

We realise that sometimes things aren’t just right, and you may need to return them to us. If you order from us and then find that it is the wrong product, is faulty in some way or you change your mind, then return it to us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a refund, credit or a replacement order for you.

Please contact us first about your return and then we will let you know how to return them to us. This will be at your own cost, and they must be unused and undamaged in the original packaging to us. All refund are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Packaging is a quantity sensitive product. Most of the products for sale on this site have bulk discounts set up, and these will always be displayed where relevant. Whenever you order multiple items or packs online, you will automatically be charged the lowest applicable price.
We use a fleet of our own lorries to deliver within our region. Otherwise we use national carriers, depending on the size and quantity of your order. If there are any specific delivery instructions or questions, please contact us before placing your order so we can help advise on the best method.
No we do not operate overseas at the moment. We deliver to mainland UK – please ask us about any other locations.

Yes, web orders can be collected from our distribution centre. Please allow a minimum of two hours from placing your order, before coming to collect. 

Our opening times for collections are between 9am – 4pm.

We do not operate a trade counter for on-site purchases.
