Design4Safety Awards 2019 Finalist

Wessex Packaging and ErgoPack are finalists in the 2019 Design4Safety Awards.

ErgoPack’s unique mobile and ergonomic pallet strapping solutions have been shortlisted in the Automation and Robotics category of the awards that will be announced at IMHX 2019, which takes place at the NEC, Birmingham from the 24th – 27th September.

The aim of the Design4Safety awards is to highlight the importance of product or service design in improving safety standards within the materials handling industry.

By focusing specifically on design, the awards recognise and celebrate innovative thinking – regardless of the type or cost of the product or service.

ErgoPack’s ergonomic mobile pallet strapping machines help solve the issue of stretching, bending and walking around pallets to strap them for use in the supply chain. These issues can result in back pain, absenteeism, low morale, as well as load instability, damaged goods, returns and inefficiencies.
