We’re delighted to announce that our current On Time and In Full (OTIF) score is 99.3% 👏
…an increase over last month’s 98.7%!

OTIF is a crucial supply chain management performance indicator. It measures a company’s ability to deliver orders on time and in the correct quantity, as agreed with the customer. 

It assesses how efficiently a business manages its logistics and impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 

This 99.3% OTIF score (as at 1st May 2025) means that virtually all orders placed by our customers, were delivered by us in the agreed timescale and in the right quantity…exactly what the customer ordered. This is a reflection of how well our warehouse, operations, procurement and customer service teams work together here.
