98.8% OTIF (On Time And In Full) | Wessex Packaging

Last month, July 2025, saw another very high OTIF (On Time and In Full) score of 98.8% – a huge success for our Operations Team here at Wessex Packaging. 👏🏻

Each month we strive to deliver a perfect On Time and In Full delivery schedule, and we are transparent in our performance by publishing our KPIs on our website.

Our current 98.8% OTIF score is a crucial supply chain management performance indicator. It measures our ability to deliver orders on time and in the correct quantity, as agreed with the customer.

This KPI works along side our Stock Products Held In Stock (SPHIS) score of 98.2%, which enables us to deliver a near-perfect next day delivery of our wide range of packaging materials.
